Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor starrer upcoming movie, Bawaal to be released in around 200 countries in the month of July at OTT platform, Amazon Prime and is going to have a grand world premiere at Eiffel Tower in Paris.

The premiere will take place at Salle Gustave Eiffel and is the first Indian film to be premiered in the city of love.

“Bawaal will be the first Indian Film to have its premiere at the Eiffel Tower. The premiere will take place at the exquisite Salle Gustave Eiffel, offering a panoramic view of the city of love as the backdrop. Apart from Varun, Janhvi, Sajid, and Nitesh, the premiere will be attended by movie enthusiasts and French delegates, making it one of the biggest premieres for an Indian film,” a source said to Pinkvilla.

“Bawaal has a symbolic reference to Paris. The makers have extensively shot some of the key portions in Paris, and the city acts like a character in this tale. The film is essentially a love story with references to World War 2 and the makers are ready to premiere the film in the city of love,” the source added.

Produced by SajidNadiadwala and directed by Nitesh Tiwari, Bawaal is about a love story set against the backdrop of World War 2. The first poster of the film is out with a tagline that says, "Every love story has its own war".

This is the first time Varun and Jhanvi are sharing a screen space.

Varun Dhawan was last seen in Bhediya opposite KritiSanon while Jhanvi Kapoor's last movie was Mili.
