Ring Road through Jully, Itanagar inaugrated today by Phurpa Tsering MLA Dirang cum Adviser to HCM(PWD-WP) in presence of Techi Kaso MLA Itanagar.
Meanwhile Itanagar MLA Techi Kaso while sharnig his views, lambasted the State government for not providing allocation of funds to important developmental projects like roads & bridges, resulting in government facing difficulty to implement various schemes in the Capitial comple.
He also charged the government for adopting improper financial practices and inept management, leading to the current critical financial problem by providing funds to the invididual schemes leaving important projects suffered.
Addressing reporters here, Superintending Engineer, Itanagar Capital Circle, Er Tumto Kamchi revealed details about the by-pass road plans within Capital Comple and its physical targets within the fiscal year.
