Amidst the controversy of the recently released  song 'Besharam Rang' of the upcoming 2023 Bollywood movie, Pathaan starring Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone. There comes another shocking statement by Paramhans Acharya, a seer from Ayodhya.

The seer has threatened the mega superstar of Bollywood cinema, Shah Rukh Khan. The seer said he will burn Shah Rukh Khan alive if he ever meets him. Paramhans Acharya added that the saffron colour, which is associated with Hinduism, is insulted in the 'Besharam Rang' song.

In a viral video, it is seen that the seer has threatened SRK and states that, "Today we burnt his posters. The movie Pathaan has insulted the saffron colour. If I find jihadi Shah Rukh Khan anywhere, I will burn him alive."

Acharya also stated that the film should be banned from releasing and if it releases, he threatens to set them on fire.

Earlier, Deepika Padukone was criticised for wearing the saffron coloured bikini. Many complaints have been filed against her for wearing the saffron colour in a derogatory way.

According to the complaints, the use of saffron had hurt religious sentiments of the Hindu people.

While another priest of Hanuman Garhi, Raju Das appealed the public to burn down the theatres where the movie Pathaan will be released. "Bollywood and Hollywood always attempt to make fun of the Sanatan religion. The way saffron has been used by Deepika Padukone as a bikini is hurtful to us. What was the necessity to wear saffron as bikini? I appeal to people to boycott the movie. Burn down the theatres where the movie will be screened because otherwise they will not understand. You have to be evil to counter evil," Raju Das said.

In regard to the statements, SRK made an audacious statement at Kolkata International Film Festival (KIFF) states that, "No matter whatever the world does, all positive people are and will always be 'Zinda' (alive)."

Ever since, the song 'Besharam Rang' has been released, there have been back to back controversies be it regarding the wearing of saffron colour or the several claims by netizens calling the song as vulgar or as the song suggests, it literally is a 'Besharam' aka a shameless song.

Composed by music composer duo Vishal and Sheykhar, the song’s video has already garnered over 40 million views on YouTube within three days of its release.

Pathaan will release on January 25, 2023. Apart from starring Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone, it stars John Abraham among the lead roles.
