National Testing Agency (NTA) declares result of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG 2023).
The National Testing Agency on Tuesday evening announced the result/NTA score/ rank National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate or NEET UG 2023.
NEET UG exam was conducted on May 7, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 05:20 PM at various centres spread throughout 499 cities throughout the country, including 14 cities outside of India.
Prabanjan J from Tamil Nadu and Bora Varun Chakravarthi from Andhra Pradesh with 720 score are joint toppers. Pranjal Aggarwal from Punjab with 715 is the female topper and all India 4th.
A total of 11,45,976 candidates have qualified. The highest being from Uttar Pradesh (139961) followed by Maharashtra (131008). Category wise qualified: OBC-525194, SC-153674, ST-56381, Gen-312405, EWS-98322.
Due to the ongoing violence in Manipur, the NTA, this year, had to conduct the medical entrance exam separately in the northeastern state. While the NEET UG 2023 exam took place in India and other centres on May 7 with 97.7 percent attendance, around 8,700 candidates from Manipur appeared for the exam on June 6.
NEET-UG serves as the qualifying entrance exam for various medical and healthcare programs which includes Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine, and Surgery (BAMS), Bachelor of Siddha Medicine and Surgery (BSMS), Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (BUMS), Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS), and BSc (H) Nursing courses.
The provisional answer key for this year was released on June 4 and candidates had till June 6, 2023, in case there were any objections.
Candidates can access the NEET UG results, scorecards, cut-off marks, and toppers' list on the official website of NTA NEET at neet.nta.nic.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the NEET UG 2023 result link
Step 3: Enter your credentials such as application number and date of birth
Step 4: View and take print of the results for future reference.
