Hon’ble union Law and Justice Minister  Shri Kiren Rijiju expressed his acknowledgment and the service towards the state and the nation  to the People of Arunachal Pradesh, on a press briefing, held  at the Bharatiya Janta Party house.

He impressively stated, “Aakhir me Arunachal ka Janta, Janta ka bina kuch nahi hotahe , samaj janta se hi banta hain, humare political party ke apna ek ideology hotehe, kayde hote he, par hum jab power me ajatahe, hum samaj keliye party se upar kam kartehe, kyuki party samaj keliye hi hote he, desh bananekliye hote he, hum party platform se kam kartehe par sewa desh keliye karte he ,samaj kelye harte hain, humlog ne political pary ke line se kabhi vikash nahi kia”

Rijiju further stated , “Rajya me Pehli dora karahahoon after being inducted as a Union Law and Justice Minister , on “Jan Ashirwad Yatra”,  Janta ne humkko ashirwad di, Janta ka blessing nai hota toh yeh nai honatha”,   Having stated  that he left no stone unturned to  thank PM Modi for bestowing him the respected portfolio.

The law and Justice Minister mentioned that he will be meeting several individuals from various sections of the community citing it as a total government-related and not of a party affiliated work.

“We will communicate all the sections of the society and pay a visit, especially to those who contributed their service in making BJP an enormous party in the state” He briefed

Rijiju further stated, “ Hum ek ashirwad ke ke tor pe , kuch aise log se mile , ya unke yad-gar me unke ghar hum jaye ,jinjone itna chota sa party aaj itnna bara banaya hain,  jinke badolat aaj janta keliye kam karne ka mauka mila , unka Ashirwad lenge, toh sabse pehle hum kangir Kamoh ke ghar jayenge, bohot saal kam kia saath me, hum secretary ke roop me kam kia , party ke Gen Secy ke roop me kam kia aur spokesman ke roop me kam karne ka mauka mila, bohot tour kia who president they, Fir kabak yabi baido jo hume chorke chale gaye hain, who bohot varist  party ke karyakarta rahi hain , hum unkea ghar jayejnge aur graveyard ko visit karenge shradhanjali denge”

Rijiju further mentioned few reputed and respected personalities of the party where he would visit on the context of Jan Ashirwad Yatra.

Expressing his Gratitude for serving the state and the nation he added, “ post kuch nai hotai mereliye responsibility  mere liya  jada manye he,Bara post milgya toh alag hoghya ese kuch nai hain, hum sab same he , Jimmedari alag he lekin kam karne ka aur ek team hoke ek kam karahe he aur samaj ko bana rahe he”

Rijiju skipped the talk on Governance and went on stating  “Arunachal Pradesh ma, ek  samai me esa tha ki , hum totally dependent state tha, centre me jake mangne jatey they, humare CM or Mantri ya officer ya fir  NGOs, jab  jate they , humey barabar ka darza aur  treat nai karte the, balki arunachal kaha he who bhi nai jante they, toh muje laga ki humare me kahi na kahi khamiya he, Par hum garv ke saath bolsakatahe  ki  PM Modi ke netrit me , Arunachal abhi ek chota Pradesh aur  chote image se agey bharkar , bharat ka mainstream me saaamil karchukahe”

He expressed his cabinet portfolio as a proof of the recognition and acknowledgment of the state by the mainstream channels and people.

On interrogation Regarding the re- amendment of Article 371(H), Rijiju proficiently replied, " Constitution is for the protection of the people, Arunachal Pradesh is very well protected under the constitution of India and nothing can infringe the rights of the people of the state".

Taking the example Citizenship Amendment Act , The law and justice Minister further stated, “CAA  lanese sabse bhara Arunachal keliye faida hain, 1996 me chakma-hajong Arunachal me ek bharat ka citizen he  bolke ek judgment  diay tha, fir 2015 me Supreme Court e  judgement dia Arunachal Pradseh me chakma ko  citizen dena hain within 3 month but CAA  ko jabse laya hain ,  Arunacal me tribal  ke  alawa Koi ST Nahi Hosaktahe, Yeh ussey kahi gunna jyada protection milsakta hain, Identity culture Ko bhi koi cher-chaar nahi karsaktahe”

On interruption by the media on 371-H, Rijiju further stated, “Humare rehte huey agar koi jarurat pare toh dekenge,ekchhot pohcne ka jaga nai he aur hum hone nai denge”

On the Question pertaining to a border dispute between Arunachal – Assam or other Neighbouring NE states,

He said, “the Assam-Arunachal Border dispute is in the parliament, we are one citizen one nationality, we have to bring an  amicable solution, koi tension nai hona chaiye, chahe Assam-arunachal hoh ya fir Assam-Mizoram hoh ,sab ek saath hona chaiye”

He further concluded, “In the history border clashes have taken many lives”, citing example of Assam and Mizoram, he stated “ We r united North Eastern state, We must try to solve the matters within ourselves and always follow the formulae of united we stand Divided we Fall”
