NAMSAI: The two-day programme on Sustainable Development commenced from 23rd Sep to 24th Sep 2021. Ministry of Jal Shakti, DoWR, RD&GR, Go, Union Minister of Jal Shakti, Government of India Shri Gajendra Singh Shekhawat graced the programme along with HCM Pema Khandu.

Why on News?

Sustainable Development has always been one of the most crucial fields of debate and discussion. Apart from Technological and Economic Development, the focus on sustainability is equally important for the nation to progress, also in the perspective of the long-run scenario.

The Ministry of Jal Shakti, DoWR, RD&GR, Go, Union Minister of Jal Shakti, Government of India Shri Gajendra Singh Shekhawat attended the programme along with HCM Pema Khandu  in a befitting manner, wherein HCM Khandu expressed his confidence to the DCs in achieving the sustainability,

“I accept the challenge, why because why I have the confidence in you all” Khandu added while addressing the programme in front of the Deputy Commissioners of the state in Namsai.
